When booking, payment for the character is collected upfront. The photo booth is booked separately. During that process, we’ll gather all the details we need—such as your custom template design and any other event information.

TRAVEL CHARGE
At our company, we prioritize transparency in our pricing to ensure there are no surprises for you. We understand that budgeting for your event is crucial. For travel within a 20-mile radius of our location, there are no additional charges. For distances beyond that, a fee of $0.70 per mile round trip will apply, payable in cash upon arrival. As of August 2025, our pricing may vary throughout the year. During slower seasons, we offer discounted rates and special promotions. As demand increases during peak seasons, pricing is adjusted to reflect staffing, supply, and event volume.
We remain committed to fair, transparent pricing and to delivering the same high-quality service and experience our clients know and love. During our busy season, we no longer offer 1-hour or 30-minute bookings — these have been combined into a single 45-minute package to better accommodate high-demand scheduling and maintain service efficiency.
