Important Pricing Update—Effective September 8, 2026
After carefully monitoring rising fuel and transportation costs over the past eight weeks, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our standard 45-minute character appearance rate from $289 to $300, effective September 8, 2026.
The new $300 rate includes standard payment-processing fees and local travel costs for events located within 30 minutes of Downtown Buffalo, providing clients with one clear and transparent price.
Events located more than 30 minutes from Downtown Buffalo will be subject to an additional mileage fee based on the event location.
This adjustment allows us to continue providing dependable service, professional performers, high-quality character costumes, and safe transportation to every event.
