Pricing Update Effective January 1, 2026
In response to ongoing inflation and rising operational costs, KZ Characters will be implementing a pricing adjustment effective January 1, 2026.
This update allows us to maintain our service standards, invest in equipment, and continue providing a seamless, professional event experience.

All events booked and paid in full prior to January 1, 2026 will retain current pricing.

Any bookings made on or after January 1, 2026 will reflect the updated rates.

TRAVEL CHARGE
At our company, we prioritize transparency in our pricing to ensure there are no surprises for you. We understand that budgeting for your event is crucial. For travel within a 20-mile radius of our location, there are no additional charges. For distances beyond that, a fee of $0.70 per mile round trip will apply, payable in cash upon arrival. When booking, payment for the character is collected upfront. The photo booth is booked separately. During that process, we’ll gather all the details we need—such as your custom template design and any other event information.
