Service Description

Birthday Events: The first 30 minutes will include an interactive experience with the character of your choice, complete with themed music if available, and photo opportunities. After that, the children will enjoy dance music and at the 30-minute mark, we'll take a short break for water before continuing the fun. The second half we try to complete two games depending on the number of children and participation of children. We always save the last 15 minutes for the special moment of singing happy birthday during cake cutting, and for any last-minute photos you'd like to capture. If you have any other requests, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your booking within 24 hours after booking at no charge and will be refunded back to the original payment method. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking of $50 will be charged and the remaining will be returned to the original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of event no refunds will be issued however you will receive a credit for a future booking minus the $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed if your refund has not been refunded at the end of the seventh business day, please reach out to us cancellations without notice no refunds no credit will be given. Rescheduling: You may reschedule an event one time with no charge 24 hours prior to an event after that a $30 rescheduling fee will apply each time rescheduled due upon the time of booking. Weather related conditions: You will not be charged the cancellation or rescheduling fee for severe weather-related conditions such as travel ban, snowstorms, tornadoes etc. Rain is not included in this if it is raining the client must provide a covering for the character.
