Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after booking, with the remaining amount refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund, but you will be issued a credit for a future booking, minus the $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. If you haven’t received your refund by the end of the seventh business day, please contact us. Cancellations made without notice will not receive any refunds or credits. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event once at no additional charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, a $30 rescheduling fee will apply for each change, payable at the time of rebooking. Weather-Related Conditions: No cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged in the event of severe weather conditions, such as travel bans, snowstorms, or tornadoes. However, rain is not covered under this policy, and in case of rain, the client must provide shelter for the character.
