Service Description
Our Meet & Greet Experience is a fan-favorite option—perfect for guests who want one-on-one time with our lively characters. This package includes upbeat music, interactive dancing, and fun-filled engagement designed to get everyone moving and smiling. We start at 1 character $250, or 2 characters for $400 Any additional characters please contact us for availability Hosting a birthday celebration? We go the extra mile to make the birthday child feel like royalty. Our characters will arrive with a special birthday gift and will join in for a heartfelt “Happy Birthday” song during the cake-cutting ceremony. It’s not just entertainment—it’s an experience they’ll never forget.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy A $50 cancellation fee applies to all bookings canceled after confirmation. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled event are non-refundable. However, you will receive a credit for a future booking, minus the $50 cancellation fee. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund by the end of the seventh business day, please contact us directly. No-shows or cancellations without notice are not eligible for refunds or credits—no exceptions. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule once at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Any additional changes will incur a $30 rescheduling fee, due at the time of rebooking. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., travel bans, snowstorms, or tornado warnings), no cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged. Rain is not considered severe weather under this policy. If rain is expected, the client is responsible for providing adequate shelter for the character(s). KZ Characters LLC – Photo & Video Release Disclaimer By participating in or attending an event featuring KZ Characters LLC, you agree to the following terms: I hereby grant KZ Characters LLC, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photographs and video recordings of me and/or my child(ren) in connection with events, parties, or appearances involving KZ Characters mascot entertainment services. I authorize KZ Characters LLC to use, edit, reproduce, and publish these photos and/or videos in print and/or electronically for lawful marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Website content, Flyers, brochures, and other print materials, Online advertisements and digital marketing I understand that: I will not receive compensation for the use of such media. My name and/or my child(ren)'s name(s) will not be disclosed unless I give express written permission. The media may be used for an indefinite period unless I revoke this release in writing. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the KZ Characters LLC team before or during the event. By attending or booking a service with KZ Characters LLC, I acknowledge and accept this photo and video release disclaimer.
