Cancellation Policy

KZ Characters – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All cancellations made after booking confirmation are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. In the event of a same-day cancellation, 50% of the total booking cost will be forfeited and not credited, while the remaining 50% may be issued as a credit toward a future booking. Credits are valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original event date. Clients may reschedule their event at least seven (7) days in advance to avoid forfeiture of deposits or credits. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. KZ Characters LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, performer illness, or emergency situations. In such cases, clients will be offered a full credit toward a future booking. KZ Characters – Model Release & Photography Usage Policy By booking services with KZ Characters LLC, the client grants full permission to KZ Characters LLC, its representatives, employees, and agents to capture, use, publish, and reproduce photographs and/or video recordings taken during events in which KZ Characters LLC is contracted. These images and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, print materials, and digital advertising campaigns. The client acknowledges that: No financial compensation will be provided for the use of such media. All photos and videos captured by KZ Characters LLC are the exclusive property of the company. The client waives any right to inspect or approve the final media or its usage. The client releases KZ Characters LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of photographs or recordings. If the subject is under the age of eighteen (18), the client certifies they are the parent or legal guardian and have full authority to grant this release on the minor’s behalf. Clients or guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify the KZ Characters LLC team before or during the event. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of this policy. By booking or attending an event serviced by KZ Characters LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts this photo and video release in full.
