Cancellation Policy

KZ Characters – Cancellation Policy All cancellations made after booking confirmation are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. In the case of a same-day cancellation, 50% of the total booking cost will be forfeited and not credited, while the remaining 50% may be applied as a credit toward a future booking, valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original event date. Clients may reschedule their event at least seven (7) days in advance to avoid losing their deposit or credit, and all rescheduling requests are subject to availability. KZ Characters reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, safety concerns, or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be offered a full credit toward a future booking. KZ Characters – Model Release & Photography Usage Model Release & Photography Usage By booking with KZ Characters LLC, I hereby grant KZ Characters LLC, along with its representatives, employees, and agents, full permission to use, publish, and reproduce photographs and/or video recordings taken of me, my child(ren), or my guests during events in which KZ Characters is contracted. I understand that these images or recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and digital campaigns. I acknowledge that no financial compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings, and that all media captured by KZ Characters LLC remains the sole property of the company. I further waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the manner in which the media is used. I release KZ Characters LLC from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of photographs or recordings. If the subject is under the age of eighteen (18), I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to grant this release on their behalf. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the KZ Characters LLC team before or during the event. By attending or booking a service with KZ Characters LLC, I acknowledge and accept this photo and video release disclaimer.
