Service Description

Make your event count with a donation from KZ. Contact us for special rates for non-profit and other events. Due to a limit on the number of donations we are able to provide, please do not book this service without speaking with a team member first. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we strive to accommodate as many requests as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your booking within 24 hours after booking at no charge and will be refunded back to the original payment method. Cancellations after 24 hours of booking of $50 will be charged and the remaining will be returned to the original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of event no refunds will be issued however you will receive a credit for a future booking minus the $50 cancellation fee. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed if your refund has not been refunded at the end of the seventh business day, please reach out to us cancellations without notice no refunds no credit will be given. Rescheduling: You may reschedule an event one time with no charge 24 hours prior to an event after that a $30 rescheduling fee will apply each time rescheduled due upon the time of booking. Weather related conditions: You will not be charged the cancellation or rescheduling fee for severe weather-related conditions such as travel ban, snowstorms, tornadoes etc. Rain is not included in this if it is raining the client must provide a covering for the character.
